2024年6月4日　ポリゴン（Polygon）ポリゴン（Polygon）がToposwareの買収を発表

ブルー・マーリン・パートナーズ株式会社（以下、BMP）が創業時に出資・立ち上げ支援を行った、Toposware inc.（米国・デラウェア州、CEO：テオ・ゴーティエ（Theo Gauthier）以下、Toposware）は、ポリゴン（Polygon）ブロックチェーンの開発を行うポリゴンラボ（Polygon Labs）による、買収が行われたことを6月4日発表されました。

本買収により、Toposware社の優れたZK（ゼロ知識証明）技術とエンジニアリングチームがPolygon Labsに加わることで、ZK技術の次世代開発が加速されると期待されています。

■ Polygon Labsとは
イーサリアムのスケーラビリティソリューションを提供する業界最大手の一つです。今回の買収により、AggLayer、Polygon CDK、Polygon zkEVMなど、同社のZK関連プロジェクトがさらに強化されることになります。

■ Toposware社とは
当社が創業時から支援してきたZK技術のパイオニアです。同社は最近、業界初のType 1 ZKEVMプルーバーの開発に成功し、イーサリアムエコシステム全体に貢献してきました。

Blue Marlin Partners Inc (hereafter BMP) announced on 4 June that Toposware Inc. (Delaware, USA, CEO: Theo Gauthier, hereafter Toposware), a company which BMP provided seed funding and launch support for, has been acquired by Polygon Labs, the developers of the Polygon blockchain.

This acquisition is expected to accelerate the development of next-generation ZK (Zero-Knowledge) technology by integrating Toposware's excellent ZK technology and engineering team into Polygon Labs.
